Placing an Order
You can place an order for any of Baker's products through your sales representative (domestic), authorized dealer (international), or directly through Baker's Customer Support Department.
- Orders can be placed by telephone (800-992-2537), fax (207-324-3869), e-mail (sales@bakerco.com), or through the mail.
- A purchase order number is required with all orders. To expedite your order, please use the model number and product description, indicate any desired options, and specify both shipping and billing address.
- All orders are subject to acceptance by The Baker Company. The Baker Company reserves the right to notify you within three (3) business days after receipt of an order if an order cannot be accepted.
- The Baker Company will do everything possible to meet your delivery date needs. In cases where your delivery request can not be met, or needs to be changed, Baker will work with you to determine an alternative delivery date.
Shipping of Orders
Orders are normally shipped via motor freight, F.O.B. shipping point. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. Please advise our Customer Support Department if you prefer orders shipped via a specific carrier.
